Un'Goro Farming
Submitted by thegooddale on Fri, 2005-11-04 08:31.I know this place has been mentioned before, but I thought I would go into it with a bit more detail.
The place I’ am talking about is Fungal Rock in Un'Goro Crater, the Gorilla cave. The Mob's here are level 51 – 53. I think with the exception of the boss who is 55.
I ground here yesterday for exactly an hour to see how much I could make, with a 60 warrior. The loot here is pretty good, the mobs drop hair, whiskers
and things which sell for a fair bit, this is what I made in an hour:
19 x Tuft of Gorilla Hair which sold @ 2.2g
18 x Gorilla Fang @ 13s
2 x Empty Barrel @ 30s
3 x Coarse Gorilla Hair @ 18s
1 x Green Item (Leather Pants) which were 1.1g at vendor, but i sold for 4.2g on AH
12 x Ungoro Soil @ 15s
So out of this hour I made - 10.1g or so, which isn’t bad for 1 hour =) then again drops will vary, u might get more you might get less but its usually good.

Turtles in hinterands
In the hinterlands right outside of revantusk village there are sea turtles, they drop speckled shell fragments which sell for about 10s each, they can be put into a stack of 5, which if my math is correct thats 50 silvers. They also drop tails that can be sold for about 5 silvers a stack of 5. Also they drop big mouthed clams, i open them and sometimes i recieve golden pearls that sell for exactly 1 gold apiece. I can make about 10-15 gold an hour doing this.
AH that Un'goro soil
Players can use Un'Goro Soil to gain reputation with the Cenarion Circle (the morrowgrain quest in Thunder Bluff), and with the new area, Ahn Q'iraji, players REALLY want to gain reputation. So sell your soil in the AH. I am just starting to sell them, but they went really quickly when I priced a stack at 2.5g. I'll probably sell them for more the next stack I get.

Yea slag pit was amazing for mageweave and xp, ran thru this area once at 48 and got 1/2 way to 49 by the time i got to the elite boss
few greens, LOTS of mageweave tho, im apaladin with first aid, and i dont think i used mana for healing cept when i was attacked by 3-4 mobs at once
great spot for xp and grinding around 47-50 for sure!
Easy gold about 20g in one hour
Best place to farm is thorium point just on the bottom right of the flightpath they're lvl 48-49 ELITE dark shamans, geomancers and fireguards, i am a lvl 60 arms specced warrior, and i am 300 mining, i get about 2.50-16 sliver from them killing each mob including magweave cloths, and then u get some greens sometimes, and also some grey items which easily sell for about 3 silver to 60 silver plus i mine too and usually get mithril ore's and sometimes also dark iron ore............each vein gives me atleast 2 ores, thorium can also be found there.......................and i highly recommend this place because it's the closets palce to IF.
So there u go 20g in one hour not mentioning rare epic drops there sometimes, go and try it out u will like it, one more thing if u know first aid also u can make bandage out of the crazily dropping mageweave cloths and get back to grinding faster not having to wait to heal.
