Hunter Farming

The secret is feign death and RFK.
When you enter RFK you have to go all the way to Overlord Ramtusk. This is simple by just walking and using feign death once in a while when u get adds. Now when you get to overlord there will be around 3-4 mobs spaced out in this area, I recommend killing them. After they are dead you will see Overlord standing in one spot with 2 bodygaurds. Each body gaurd has a 50% chance of dropping an Armor Peircer. Armor Peircers sell for 48 silver to a vendor. All you do is pull the two body gaurds away from overlord a distance, and of course it WILL pull orverlord, but do not kill overlord, I repeat do NOT kill overlord. Kill the two body gaurds, when the two are dead, use FEIGN DEATH. Wham overlord will run back to his spot and the two body gaurds will respawn, rinse and repeat. I usually keep my ammo pouch behind, and replace it with 14 slot bag, I fill up all my bags with these peircers, *takes around an hour*, then hearth to Camp T. For alliance, hearth to Terramore I think. Anyways I hope this is a great money making tutorial, that I can post with out getting leaked, since this is a pay site and all :-)

im a lvl 70 hunter and this all seems pointless to me i have made 400g in an hour so why not try getting more gold

omfg the deviate thing only works if you cook it o get cooking to like whatever you need then sell it for a stack they sell about 15g on my server but on some 30g o its a fast way to farm but sell them in stacks of 5 for 7g its a lot easier and i made 500g of this in 1 week

This no longer works. after doing a FD the bodyguards don't respawn.
The better spots to farm are
The better spots to farm are areas where spawn spots are high. Instances are nice for grinding and the occasional drop for a class. But using 2 farm professions will get you more money faster than doing runs in instances most of the time.
i did this today Lvl 58
i did this today Lvl 58 hunter on amul thol server and i killed everything in the instance , Skinned all boars an bats an came out with about 20 gold this took me about a good hour an a half so yeah maybe 5 or 6 runs u will get 100 gold but in an hour i think thats a bit far fetched maybe in a day of farming this i might make 100 gold
At level 29 all you're going
At level 29 all you're going to hit is the weapons/armor vendor for all the repairs you will need for the many deaths you will have in RFK tyring to do this solo. Good luck to you sir.

60 hunter.. am i not suposed
60 hunter.. am i not suposed to kill the boss?.. run through..no agro..i can run to him pulling nothing till im up there..i kill like 2 casters easy then i just put my pet away..aimed shot 1 gaurd if he doesnt die from that then my second shot kills him, i FD then i take out the pet.. aimed shot the second guard while my pet grabs the boss, then my pet has the boss while i pwn him.. i figure these runs to be 5 min.. 2 min getting there..1 min killing the casters n the boss n his dudes, n 2 min to run back out to reset.. oo, kid that didnt know how to reset an instance, just when ur out of the instance right click on ur portrait. anyways... i have the same problem as everyone else, its not 120 gold/hour. boss drops either a helm for like 25s or an axe for like 99s, guards may drop a spear for like 33s but not even 100%..

Well, I think it's possible to gain 120g in an hour... but it seems you'll be spending about 3 hours getting to that spot with feinting all the time ;)
I'll be trying this as well though... the drops along from the mobs at that tree-boss might even be worth it.

This doesnt work i have tried but it has started to make me farm rfk more on my 60 hunter usally a mob drops a BOE Thives mantel that sells for about 50g to 75g on my server and i usally get it 1 out of 2 times and DE all the bosses items sells well to just Fegin to the last boss or kill everyone to the last boss for the mantel and Disenchant the Dagger that usaly drops
No longer works
Tried this today with my 48 hunter. Real easy, however the bodyguards do not respond after you FD. So, I ran out instance and joined with a group of friends, then left group and reentered instance. Well, Blizzard has changed the "resetting the instance" mechanics...and this didnt work. So, I did figure out one way, but it still sucks. Go in by yourself, kill the body guards, go out, join a group, go in while in group, kill bodyguards, leave, join a new group, rinse and repeat. Well, this takes about 7min per run, so you are making 4.28g per hour...hardly worth the effort.

i tried this out and i dont see the guards spawning 1 dropped a armor piercer so the drops might work but the spawning dont

It isn't working for you because this gold making method has been nerfed and the 2 guards do not respawn because blizzard didn't want people making gold that easily.

hey im on vacation atm and hoping this will work..... but your saying 120g a hour?? i have a 60 hunter and am gonan try and do this but that means that im gonna have to make 2 gold a minute sry but i kinda find it hard to believe but ill try it out also it has a 50% chance of droping something worth about 50s so that means even if both guards drop it you need to kill 4 in a minute with all of them droping that "Armor Peicer" also you need the time to rest and get your mana unless these guards are very easy to kill then i definatly believe you if i can aimed shot one and kill it.... ill try it out and see how it works.

I guess they might drop a few copper maybe a silver if we are lucky each? but good point, to feign death and kill so many to get the cash in an hour seems unlikely, Im only a lvl 29 but im gonna hit it.

get your fishing to 100 then
get your fishing to 100 then go to lushwater oasis it's in the barrens and go fishing there and catch 20 deviate fish and the sell price is around 3-6 gold each for a stack of 20. when you sell it go to the actuion house and sell the deviate fish there. if you dont know you have the rit fish go to see if the fish are gold.
