Alliance Outland To-Do List

Purpose:

This is an Alliance guide.

To level quickly and efficiently. The guide will eventually lead to the following goals:

a) Kara attuned

b) Heroic keys

c) Epic flying mount

d) High Aldor/Scryer reputation

Suggested Mods

a) Gatherer

b) Auctioneer

Pre-requisites

a) Level 61

b) Mining or Herbalism 300 and Skinning 300. If you have a crafting profession, drop it. I’m serious you can re-level it at 70.

Remarks

a) Reputation gains are not calculated for humans.

b) Mine or gather every node, skin everything you can. Sell for profit. You should know the best prices because you are using the Auctioneer add-on. This is one of the best ways to make money.

c) This is not how to level fastest, this guide is for anyone who doesn’t want to hit 70 and be too overwhelmed by all the things you still have to do.

d) Keep PVE and PVP gear as they are always different. You should have 2 sets of armor, some healing classes need 3 (one for farming).

Level 61, 62, and 63:

1) Since you’re 61 I assume you’ve done a handful of Honor Hold quests, have some decent gear, but hopefully you haven’t done every quest.

2) Run Ramparts or Blood Furnace as you wish until you hit Honored with Honor Hold.

3) Do every quest in Hellfire Peninsula except for those at Cenarion Post. The following link should help: http://www.thottbot.com/?f=q&type=S&zones=10987&start=100

4) You should be more than halfway through Honored and Level 62 or 63 when you head to our next destination: Zangarmarsh.

Level 62, 63, and 64:

1) Go to Cenarion Refuge in Zangarmarsh and get the quest “Plants of Zangarmarsh” from Lauranna. Get no other quests.

2) Continuously look for Slave Pens and Underbog groups while doing the following:

a) If reputation is < friendly kill naga near lagoon lake.

b) If reputation > friendly kill Umbrafen Eel (drop rate of 45% for plant parts) and complete the Unidentified Plant Parts repeatable quest at will.

c) Stop when honored.

3) Go back to Cenarion Post in Hellfire Peninsula and complete the quests. Complete all quests in Zangarmarsh. This may help: http://www.thottbot.com/?f=q&cat=Zangarmarsh This guide does not include Sporregar rep.

4) Leave Zangarmarsh when you are Honored with Cenarion Expedition and are level 64 at least.

Level 64 and 65:

1) Go to Shatt. Get “The Outcast’s Plight” from Vekax in the Lower City. Pick you faction from Khagdar right in the center. Get the Numbers 3 through 5 should be done at the same time.

2) Get your repeatable quest from your respective Aldor or Scryer tier. http://www.wowwiki.com/Aldor or http://www.wowwiki.com/Scryer_%28blood_elf%29

3) Grind Marks of Kil’Jaeden or Firewing Signets. Marks are best grinded in northeast Bone Wastes from Cabal members. Keep all Fel Armaments in the bank. Firewing signets are best grinded at Firewing Point in Terrokar. These turn-ins should be done until you are Honored with Aldor or Scryer. At the same time you should be Friendly with the Sha’Tar.

4) Do all quests at Allerian Point and Cenarion Thicket. Do not do any quests within the Bone Wastes.

5) Grind arrakoa feathers until you are friendly with Lower City. This should not take long.

6) Friendly with Lower City? Honored with Aldor/Scryer? Move on, level regardless.

Level 65 and 66:

1) Do every quest in Bone Wastes. This will put you far into Honored with Lower City and should push your Sha’tar rep into Honored.

2) This is an empty part of thi guide. I don’t want to send you into Nagrand until you’re 67 otherwise you’ll run out of quests later at 69 when it’s harder to grind. Soooooooooo…grind something that gives good leather. Or Bog Lords in Zangarmarsh for Sporregar rep, or run Mana-Tombs for Consortium rep. Regardless hit 67 asap so we can continue.

Level 67:

1) Get all the quests for Auchenai Crypts http://www.wowwiki.com/Auchenai_Crypts.

2) Do every quest in Nagrand. Easy instructions, just quest and wander until you hit 68. http://www.thottbot.com/?f=q&type=S&zones=10966

Level 68:

1) Run Escape from Durnholde Keep until you hit halfway through Friendly with Keepers of Time. This is semi-optional because the only purpose is to get your key for the heroic Caverns of Time instances. If you need rewards from the Keepers of Time (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/basics/factions/keepers/keepers.xml) I recommend you do this.

2) Go to Blade’s Edge Mountain, get no quests, and grind the Death’s Door area, collecting Mark of Sargeras, until you are 69.

3) For a boredom buster I recommend some battlegrounds during the weekend and various instance runs.

Level 69:

1) Do every quest in Shadowmoon Valley http://thottbot.com/?f=q&type=S&zones=10998.

2) Run Sethekk Halls until you get Honored with Lower City. Make sure you complete it at least once so you can get your key for Shadow Labs.
