Looking for instances table/chart

Ok im having a hard time finding this thing. I first saw it on the pop up screen when i start WoW. It was basically a table that showed you the lower instances at the bottem and worked its way up to Kara, telling you what you needed to do when you hovered your mouse over each individual instance.

it also told you what "pre-eq's" you would need to do to get into the next instance and so forth.

It would be GREATLY appreciated if someone could point me to the right direction.

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum as well, I have no idea where to start to even search to find the right place.
