Pristine Black Diamond Drops

As all paladins know you need one of these for your epic mount quest. Im having trouble getting one of these, ive solo'ed strath about 10 times excluding the last 2 bosses on the undead side. Where do these things drop ive check thottbot, and waisted 2 /played days in strath.
