Where to go from here?

This is my third toon that i am currently leveling to 70, its been almost a year since the last one and i am currently at a stand still. I absolutly hate leveling from 30-40, whre should i go to get really good experience from grinding? Stv or arathi? I'm not really sure so who knows....any advice for me?
